Ted works as a local contractor on the barrier island. He has been a Master Plumber and Master HVAC contractor for 30 years. He has expanded his business over the past 12 years to include building/renovating custom homes. He turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients. Born and raised at the Jersey Shore.
Kathleen Fazio, Business Manager
Kathleen has been a Realtor for the past eight years with Childers Sotheby’s International Realty and have been living at the shore for 28 years. She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is she able to talk you through the bottom line, she's happy to lend you her 'eye' as well!
